Our Mission Statement Baldwin Manor Association is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the green space known as Baldwin Manor Park so that it can be enjoyed by Whitehall residents in the Baldwin Manor Community and surrounding neighborhoods.
