Axel Yoga is a traditional form of Hatha Yoga that yoga postures, breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation techniques, and lectures on a variety of topics including the therapeutic effects of yoga, optimal nutrition and character development. Axel Molema teaches at 11 locations throughout the GTA: Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Aurora, Newmarket. Axel has been teaching yoga full-time for 50 years!
