Ava Amini is a Principal Researcher at Microsoft Research, where she develops new AI methods to understand and design biology, with the ultimate aim of realizing precision biomedicines that improve human health. Ava is a lead instructor of MIT Introduction to Deep Learning, and received her PhD from Harvard Biophysics and her Bachelors from MIT.
