The Almeria Seafarer’s Multi-Purpose Cooperative (ASEMCO) is an organization recognized by the Cooperative Development Authority. It is a cooperative in the Philippines that currently operates in the province of Biliran. ASEMCO is structured to improve community's livelihoods and adapt to member's changing needs.
