The Congo Foundation is a non-profit golf annual golf tournament benefitint young rising scholars from Monrovia High School. This charity was started in memory of Kevin Arthur Congo. He was a loving Father, Son, and husband. He served the Los Angeles Police Department and helped his community when possible.
