The Thirteenth Judicial District Office of Arkansas is charged with the responsibility of prosecuting criminal cases filed in the Arkansas counties of Calhoun, Cleveland, Columbia, Dallas, Ouachita and Union, led by elected Prosecuting Attorney Jeffrey Rogers.
