We are a cross-border collaborative organization with focus on the railway between Narvik–Luleå–Tornio. Arctic Rail aims to play a significant role by having an independent, holistic, and cohesive perspective for the benefit of all stakeholders, all those who depend on the railway infrastructure in the Arctic region.
