Aliza Bilman is a qualified clinical psychologist, with a Doctor of Psychology degree (PsyD) from the USA. While I rely on grounded theory and techniques, I try to create an individualized therapy for each client that addresses his or her needs. I often use EMDR therapy, an internationally recognised and empirically supported approach, to strengthen coping resources and process through issues. I work with babies who’ve experienced trauma as well as tweens, adolescents and adults.
