Alameda Pack 1076 is 40+ Years Strong! Pack 1076 was first chartered on July 1st of 1981 in the beautiful city of Alameda, California. We serve kids from the Bay Farm and Alameda community and beyond. We meet once a month at Bay Farm or Earhart Elementary School in the multipurpose room. Please see
