Arts International Concerto Soloists is a Philadelphia based professional chamber orchestra conducted by Lance Wiseman which is presented in concerts by Arts International. Over the past decade, Arts International Concerto Soloists has performed diverse repertoire from Beethoven to Tchaikovsky as
