MINNESOTA ROCKS!! WE DID IT FRIENDS!! We are Minnesotans who successfully advocated for the creation of a new Minnesota license plate that "celebrates the North Shore and Lake Superior Agate". The campaign sought to amend, with the support of the MN DNR, an existing public design contest for the creation of a new State Parks
