Ad Astra Performance is all about providing accessible and affordable mental skills training for athletes and sports. Our 10 Week Mental Skills Course will teach you how to perform under pressure, challenge yourself and set performance specific goals to become the best you can be. Our athlete support program provides free mental skills training to between 6 and 10 athletes per year.
