The Adult Changes in Thought (ACT) Study is a classic cohort study embedded in a large integrated healthcare delivery system. Over the last 3 decades we have enrolled and followed several thousand older adults creating unique and comprehensive longitudinal data sets that can support a wide array of research on factors that affect brain aging.
