The Atrocity Crimes Advisory Group (ACA) for Ukraine is an initiative established by the European Union, the United States, and the United Kingdom in partnership with the Government of Ukraine to support Ukraine’s efforts to ensure justice and accountability for atrocity crimes committed in the context of Russia’s full-scale invasion.
