Abra Gist is a writer and multimodal creative born and raised in Texas. She is currently an MFA Poetry candidate at Texas State University. Her poems, stories, and articles can be found in the Houston Chronicle, RED INK Journal, Metatron Press, and Pour Vida Zine, among others. She loves exploring the outdoors and nature, practicing and teaching yoga, raising her two sweet pups, and being a closeted bedroom musician.
