As a certified and registered occupational therapist, Caron Faherty created Southern Occupational Therapy Products., Inc. in 1999, and opened a clinic in Jensen Beach FL in 2000, specializing in upper extremity injuries, orthotic fabrication, and obtained a patent for a device, Rist-Rest, to assist in the prevention of, or reduce the discomfort caused by carpal tunnel syndrome. After fifteen years, new ownership in the building changed direction. Currently,
