Aalaya Yoga offers yoga trainings both online and in-studio. Our yoga teacher training programs will prepare you to teach yoga anywhere in the world. Learn to teach a set foundational sequence of hatha postures, and move on to creative sequencing of yang/yin and vinyasa yoga classes. We support our trainees through this course will online live meetings twice/per week for the duration of the online program. In-studio trainings are held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
