Ben Genet started buying, managing and leasing out Commercial Real Estate in 1988. He started by building a multi-tenant, 35,393 square foot building. Upon its completion, he began expanding his business by acquiring apartment complexes, motels, office buildings, industrial, multi-tenant projects, and retail complexes.
