(FCDA) is a Municipal Corporation established in 1966 by an Act of the New York Legislature following initial designation as the Fulton Urban Renewal Agency. The FCDA is not a Department of City Government but a contract Agent to the City of Fulton charged with the responsibility of administering certain Federal and State grants and funding programs of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, and the New York Sta
