The clouds of depression and heaviness of life threatened to pour down over me the last few days. There is never just one trigger that flips the switch from light to dark, but a build up of muck that slowly layers on until the shadows become more obvious. One might wonder how this happens even with regular cleanings, or at least I do. For me, it happens because I become complacent.
