Chartered Governance Institute New Zealand is a membership organisation providing leadership in the areas of governance, compliance and risk management and is part of the global Chartered Governance Institute with over 42,000 members worldwide. We provide education and training in governance to gain chartered membership status and our members work as chartered and corporate secretaries, governance advisors, risk managers, compliance officers, lawyers and accountants.
