API UTTARAKHAND : After the birth of Uttarakhand state in 2000, we continued our state API activities with our mother state of Uttar Pradesh. Then Dr KC Lohani (chairman) and Dr Arun Kapoor (secretary) organised a 2 state APICON at Nainital in 2001. That time our member strength was <200, so we continued our API activities with UP state. Later on, Dr Bhatnagar and Dr Vinay Gupta arranged a state level meeting at Roorkee in 2007, but the UK API came in existence only in 2008-09.
